2. 360° Parcel View

Record a full 360° view of the sealed parcel before unboxing (to confirm no tampering).

3. Complete Unboxing

Record the entire unboxing in one continuous, unedited video.

Show all sides, edges, and components clearly (to verify no missing items).

4. Damage or Defects

If you notice any damage, defect, or usage marks, highlight them clearly in the same video.

5. Video Requirements

The video must be one continuous, unedited clip.

Paused, edited, or incomplete videos will not be accepted.

For damage or missing item claims, only the unboxing video evidence will be considered for verification.
