Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.

Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to pay in cash when the courier arrives.

Orders placed with COD must be accepted at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restrictions on future purchases.

Please prepare the exact cash amount as couriers may not always carry change.

Order Tracking

Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it.

It must be unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Unboxing Guidelines for Claims

Please follow these steps when recording your video:

1. Parcel Label Proof

Before opening, capture a clear image or video of the shipping label (to verify shipment).

2. 360° Parcel View

Record a full 360° view of the sealed parcel before unboxing (to confirm no tampering).

3. Complete Unboxing

Record the entire unboxing in one continuous, unedited video.

Show all sides, edges, and components clearly (to verify no missing items).

4. Damage or Defects

If you notice any damage, defect, or usage marks, highlight them clearly in the same video.

5. Video Requirements

The video must be one continuous, unedited clip.

Paused, edited, or incomplete videos will not be accepted.

For damage or missing item claims, only the unboxing video evidence will be considered for verification.
